Pre-training survey:

The University of Melbourne along with Orygen (leaders in youth mental health research) are conducting an evaluation of this suicide prevention training. Your feedback will play an important role in improving the delivery of more large-scale suicide prevention training.

You will be asked to complete four short online surveys (approximately 5 to 15 minutes per survey) over a 12-month period. Each time you complete a follow-up survey you will go in a monthly draw to win a $100 or $50 voucher! If you are an educator, your participation may contribute to your NESA teacher identified learning hours. Please complete this survey before the workshop. To complete the first survey, click here.
